John came out promptly, and pur together a proposal which addressed all my concerns about location, noise, and cost. Before having me sign the contract though, he loaned me a radon detector which I used to test for an extended and more accurate 2 month time period. John explained that average readings over the long term are what counts and the extended test showed that remediation was not needed at this time.
